Cairo Amman Bank ranks amongst Jordan’s leading financial institutions. It was established in Amman, Jordan in 1960 to take over Banque du Caire’s operations in the East and West Banks of Jordan, and was restructured to become a Jordanian-chartered bank, whilst keeping its operations in Jordan and Palestine.
With an asset base exceeding US$ 1.2 billion, the Bank offers a full spectrum of banking activities and financial products, serving mainly a growing base of retail and select corporate customers.
Cairo Amman Bank maintains a strong branch network of 49 branches in Jordan and 19 branches in the Palestinian Territories, of which 3 are Islamic operations branches. Moreover, the Bank offers brokerage services in the Amman Stock Exchange and the Palestine Stock Exchange through its wholly owned subsidiaries Al-Watanieh for Financial Services in Jordan and Al-Watanieh for Financial Securities in Palestine.
Cairo Amman Bank is a public shareholding company listed on the Amman Stock Exchange.
